Thank you for considering the Open Books Store as a venue for your event! The following general information may help as you start your planning.
All store rental packages include:
- 2 Open Books staff members to orient you to the space, handle merchandise transactions, answer questions, and stay on site for the duration of the event
- Rearrangement of children’s section near stage to accommodate for more standing/sitting room
- Rearrangement of furniture in Fireplace Lounge
- Setup of 2 long tables and/or 1 card table for refreshments
- Setup of stage area with seating for up to 40 people
- Use of sound system
- Book discount opportunities
The
maximum capacity of the Open Books store is
125 people.
Please be sure to include time for setup and cleanup within the time frame of your space rental.
Nonprofits receive a 15% discount off of store event pricing.

- This package is for alcohol-free gatherings. There is no recommended caterer.
- Package includes rental of the entire Open Books store from 9 am - 12 noon on Sundays only.

- Event is during regular business hours (10am - 7pm Monday through Saturday, 12noon - 6pm Sunday).
- Store is open to the public with designated space for Social Gathering guests in the Fireplace Lounge and stage area.
- This package is for alcohol-free gatherings. There is no recommended caterer.
