Open Books, 2nd District Illinois State Representative, Theresa Mah, and 25th Ward Alderman Byron Sigcho Lopez invite you to a Back To School Block Party at Open Books Pilsen!

We will be giving away free backpacks, books, school supplies, giving out free haircuts, and more to gear up for the school year! There will be food, drinks, music, a special storytime, as well as arts & crafts! This event is co-sponsored by:

Open Books Garage Book Sale

All kids books will be $1, all paperbacks $2, and all hardcovers $3. You can also fill up an entire box of books (35-40 books total) for only $40! The sale runs 10 am – 5 pm on all dates. Special discount box for teachers also available! No other deals or discounts can be used during this time.
