Make The Case – Chicago’s famous bookcase-decorating competition + bar night is back! Hosted by Open Books’ associate board, Make The Case is a full-filled evening where teams go head-to-head to decorate the coolest, most creative bookcase in three hours. The winning team receives fabulous prizes and bragging rights for a year.
After the event, Open Books stocks every case entered into the competition with high-quality, hand-selected, and age-appropriate books, and donates them to classrooms and nonprofits across Chicago. Everyone wins!
